Freight charges for returns must be paid by the sender. If the product has been opened, it is the responsibility of the sender to package all contents to ensure that no damage occurs in return shipping. Refunds will be reduced by the amount needed to cover any damaged or missing items. Products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the original purchase price. From 15-30 days after receiving an order, products may be returned for 1) A full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee, or 2) for full store credit. No returns are accepted after 30 days. All returns must be accompanied by an original store receipt. The payment form for refunds will be the same as was used for the purchase. No refunds will be made in cash. Checks will be issued within 10 business days for refunds on products originally paid for in cash.
