The Force USA FTR packs a functional trainer, a half rack, and a pull-up station into one corner-friendly footprint. Dual 200 LB weight stacks run through a 2:1 pulley ratio for smooth cable resistance in 5 LB increments, and the 11-gauge steel frame accepts standard 3x3 attachments from other brands.
