Beautiful Matrix FTR30 was designed to fit in a small footprint with an 83.5" ceiling height yet offer Matrix Fitness well known commercial club quality for home settings. 

Dual adjustable pulleys with 25 height settings are quick and easy to move. As expected, this is a simple cable functional to do ground based bi-lateral or unilateral exercises. You can use it without a bench or add an adjustable bench to it for supported movements.
