This multi-station weight machine is one of the first to combine traditional exercises (bench press, chest supported rows, leg extensions, leg curls, lat pulldowns, ab crunches, etc.) with functional cables. There are arms on each side that rotate 180 degrees each for cable pec flys, seated curls, lateral raises, cable one arm exercises, core rotations, glute kickbacks and anything else imaginable. 

This machine is minimally used and, like all Bodycraft machines, it is designed perfect to fit the body biomechanically and the cables are smooth as glass.
