This is the original. Stairmaster invented StepMills in 1983 and climbing steps is still one of the greatest physical activities you can do. In fact, research shows that climbing just five flights of stairs (about 50 steps) a day can reduce your risk of heart disease by 20% and burns 2-3 times more calories/minute than walking flat.

We rarely have pre-owned StepMills. This one works great and is well maintained. NOTE: These require 10-foot ceilings and and can be challenging to fit through some doors at 34" wide. Garages and ground level rooms with double door access are ideal.
