VPR™ RESISTANCE MANUAL TREADMILL
The STEPR TREADSLED XL is built around VPR™ technology—a patented air-resistance system that redefines what a curved manual treadmill can do. By combining free running and heavy sled-style resistance in a single platform, the TREADSLED XL delivers effort-driven training that adapts instantly to the athlete.
PATENTED VPR™ TECHNOLOGY FOR ADJUSTABLE RESISTANCE
VPR™ is a patented air-resistance system that delivers over 100 virtual levels of load without motors, weight stacks, or electronics. Resistance increases smoothly as output rises, creating a self-regulating training experience where speed and force determine the challenge. This wide, responsive range supports everything from light turnover and aerobic conditioning to sprint intervals, threshold work, and heavy push sessions—all on the same machine, with no adjustments or setup changes required.
SELF-POWERED, COMMERCIAL GRADE DESIGN
The TREADSLED XL operates entirely without electricity, using a curved running surface and patented VPR™ air resistance to deliver consistent, self-powered performance. Built for daily use in high-volume training environments, it expands traditional curved treadmill training by combining running, pushing, and conditioning into one machine—driven by athlete effort, adaptable by design, and intuitive for all levels.
RUN OR PUSH
With VPR™ engaged, the TREADSLED XL shifts seamlessly from free-running mode to full sled-push resistance using a simple selector. In run mode, the curved deck delivers a smooth, natural stride with minimal friction. Switch to resistance mode and the belt loads heavily, creating a true pushing surface for strength, power, and conditioning. An integrated anti-rollback system keeps movement stable under high resistance, allowing athletes to drive hard without sudden belt reversal and maintain a smooth, controlled feel even under heavy fatigue.
