Body-Solid Rubber Grip Olympic Plates (ORT) are encased in heavy impact-resistant rubber with a quad-grip design that makes loading, carrying, and racking safer and easier. An integrated metal sleeve gives a smooth, secure fit on any Olympic bar, and the rubber shell will not rust, chip, flake, or fade.
