The Shipping Process:
Large, heavy and/or expensive equipment may ship via freight line or a common carrier and will be dropped curbside.
Curbside deliveries take place during business hours, Monday – Friday. Your presence and signature are required at the time of delivery. An I.D. verification may also be required.
During curbside delivery, a carrier truck will park on the street, at or very close to your address location as space allows. If required, a Lift-Gate service lowers the palletized shipment from the truck to the curbside ground.
Damage: It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to the truck’s departure. Please note any damage to packaging or missing items from the freight bill. Ensure that the number of boxes present matches the number on the freight bill. Doing so will aid in the return/replacement process if needed.
Address Changes: If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, you must contact us directly, as soon as possible at 770-908-0000 and have your order number ready. Some changes may not be possible, and/or carriers may charge a fee if the item is already in the area of the previous address we have on file.
*Free Curbside Delivery is available for the contiguous United States. Some product exclusions apply. Products not eligible for Free Curbside Delivery will be stated as such on their product page.
Freight charges for returns must be paid by the sender. If the product has been opened, it is the responsibility of the sender to package all contents to ensure that no damage occurs in return shipping. Refunds will be reduced by the amount needed to cover any damaged or missing items. Products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund of the original purchase price. From 15-30 days after receiving an order, products may be returned for 1) A full refund, minus a 20% restocking fee, or 2) full store credit. No returns are accepted after 30 days. No refunds will be given for any payments made for shipping or installation services. All returns must be accompanied by an original store receipt. The payment form for refunds will be the same as was used for the purchase. No refunds will be made in cash. Checks will be issued within 10 business days for refunds on products originally paid for in cash.
