Premier Fitness Source can expertly deliver and install your fitness equipment purchases almost anywhere! Our factory-trained technicians will ensure that your products are assembled perfectly and with zero impact to your home or business. Items we ship that are large, heavy, or high value may ship via freight liner/common carrier. These shipments have extended processing times of 2-5 days, then ship from our Woodstock, GA. warehouse or directly from the manufacturer. These deliveries take place MONDAY-FRIDAY and usually during business hours. You must be present and signature is required at the time of delivery.

The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. They will use the phone number on your order confirmation to call you. Please ensure that this is the best method to reach you and contact us if you need to change this number or add additional contact information.

Additional fees may be incurred for redelivery if you are not present for the scheduled appointment, or if they cannot reach you to schedule the delivery.

During delivery the carrier truck will park on the street as close to your address as possible. An optional Lift-Gate service lowers the palletized shipment down to the ground at curbside. Please call us for additional services like white glove delivery and/or installation.

Damage: It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to the truck's departure. Please note any damage to packaging, or missing items from the freight bill.  Ensure that the number of boxes present matches the number on the freight bill. Doing so will aid in the return/replacement process.

Address Changes: If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has shipped, you must contact us directly, as soon as possible at 770-908-0000 and have your order number ready. Some changes may be not possible, and carriers may charge a fee if the item is already in the area of your old address, and must therefore be relocated.

Does Premier Fitness Source offer inside delivery and assembly service?

Most items purchased from Premier Fitness Source can be assembled by a team of qualified technicians for an additional charge. Service availability varies by location. This service includes delivering and assembling the specified item within the space of your choosing. Please call 770-908-0000 for information.

Delivery Charges

The local delivery/installation area is within 40 miles of our Woodstock, GA warehouse, show on the map. . Deliveries outside of the local radius will incur a charge of $1/outbound mile.

For local deliveries the base cost* is $159. This includes professional White Glove product assembly in the location of your choice, removal of all packing materials after the assembly has been completed, and cleanup of the installation area.

*Additional charges may apply for larger items, multiple pieces, and deliveries that are made to floors on other than the property’s entry level. Please contact the store at which you made your purchase or our Corporate Office for details.

Preventative Maintenance

The Preventative Maintenance Program at Premier Fitness Source is designed to maximize the benefit you will receive from your fitness equipment. For most residential users, a yearly visit will be sufficient to keep your equipment working like new. For commercial facilities, including offices or apartment communities, the needed frequency of preventative maintenance is almost entirely dependent on the amount of usage that the equipment receives. Facilities experiencing heavy usage will require preventative maintenance service on a quarterly basis to ensure that the equipment performs as it should. Investing in regular maintenance will more than pay for itself by keeping your equipment working efficiently. This service also limits the frequency and cost of repairs. Most importantly, maintaining your equipment will insure that it is working smoothly and safely when used. Eliminate any frustration or inconvenience caused by non-working pieces and make sure that all users can experience success in achieving their fitness goals.

“But my equipment is under warranty!”

Even though your new equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, it still needs regular inspection and maintenance. The best analogy is your vehicle: Even though the vehicle is under warranty, regular service, such as changing the oil, is required to extend the life of your investment. The car dealer does not pay for oil changes, tire rotation, alignment, tune-ups, or other necessary Preventative Maintenance. Similarly, fitness equipment that has a manufacturer’s warranty also has a suggested periodic service schedule. Some of these adjustments and maintenance processes were performed on the day you received your equipment. Many of them also need to be done at regular intervals thereafter.

“But I bought the equipment from a different dealer!”

That’s OK. Our certified technicians can service any manufacturer’s brand of fitness equipment. We are the largest fitness dealer in the region and we have maintained and repaired all types of equipment.  In fact, we are the Manufacturer’s Authorized Service Provider for many brands that we don’t even sell to our home or business customers. Our service team has seen it all. Their many years of experience insure that we will keep your current equipment operating to specifications and can repair it efficiently if required.

“What tasks are performed?”

During each preventative maintenance visit, all equipment covered under the agreement will be inspected for safety, thoroughly cleaned in the interior as well as the exterior, lubricated and adjusted according to manufacturer's specifications. Additionally, our factory trained and certified technician will perform diagnostics and troubleshoot any potential problems with your equipment. Repairs considered to be minor will also be made - at no cost to you - during the Preventative Maintenance visit. If more substantial repairs are found to be needed, you will not be billed for a trip charge when we return to your home to complete the repairs. Instead, you will only pay for the length of time our technician is on site and any required parts that are out of warranty coverage. Service performed between normal periodic maintenance calls will be billed at our standard rates. Upon the completion of the Preventative Maintenance visit, we will complete a Fitness Equipment Preventative Maintenance Checklist that will delineate any needed repairs that were discovered while we were in your home. This will help you avoid any equipment down-time and the frustrations that would arise from having non-working pieces.

“How often do I need a preventative maintenance visit?”

The optimum frequency is based upon a number of factors including the age of the equipment, the type of equipment, the physical environment in which the equipment is located, and most importantly, the expected usage the equipment will receive. For many types of fitness equipment and for products that are heavily used, quarterly service is recommended. We will be happy to discuss your particular needs at a time that is convenient for you.

“How much does it cost?”

Remember that taking care of your fitness equipment will MORE than pay for itself. If you bought your equipment from us, you should have received a Preventative Maintenance proposal at the time of your purchase.
